"From Impact Signaling to Institutional Capacity: Evidence from B Corps"
Short bio:
Lailani Laynesa Alcantara (PhD, University of Tsukuba) is a Professor and Pro-Vice President at Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University (APU), Japan, and Founding Director of the Center for Inclusive Leadership. She currently serves as a Board Member of AACSB and as President-Elect of the Association of Asia Pacific Business Schools. Her research focuses on inclusive leadership, hybrid organizations, and responsible management, including B Corporations and expatriate inclusion in Japan. Her work has appeared in Journal of International Management, Long Range Planning, Asian Business & Management, and edited volumes published by Routledge and Wiley.
Prof. Federica Massa Saluzzo（EADA）（The presentation will be conducted in English）
“From Sustainability to Regeneration: Multi-Stakeholder Collaboration and the Barcelona +B Case”
Short bio:
Federica Massa Saluzzo holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Bocconi University, a Ph.D. from IESE Business School, and completed her postdoctoral research at the University of Bologna. She joined EADA Business School in 2016, where she is Professor of Strategy and Sustainability and serves as Chief Sustainability Officer. Prior to her academic career, she worked as a strategy consultant. Her research explores how social value is created through interactions among stakeholders operating within shared ecosystems and has been published in leading academic journals. Her current research interests include governance models for sustainability as well as regenerative fashion.
佐々木恭子氏（ダノンジャパン株式会社 シニアパブリックアフェアーズ&サステナビリティマネージャー）
「Purpose in Action: ダノンにおけるB Corp認証の意義と実践」
Short bio:
修士課程（環境学）を修了後、環境関連のベンチャー企業にて大手企業向けにコンサルティング、省庁・自治体向けに環境関連調査などを担当。2007年より（株）ブリヂストンで環境、CSR、サステナビリティに関する企画や社内外コミュニケーション業務に携わった後、2020年より豪モナシュ大学に留学し、パーパスとサステナビリティに関する研究で2023年に博士号（社会科学）を取得。2024年にダノンジャパン（株）に入社し、渉外・サステナビリティを担当。法政大学大学院 地域創造インスティテュート兼任講師（CSR論）。

Kyoko Sasaki / Senior Public Affairs & Sustainability Manager, Danone Japan
After completing her master’s degree in Environmental Studies, she worked at an environmental startups, providing consulting services for major companies and conducting research for government agencies and local municipalities. She joined Bridgestone Corporation in 2007, where she led initiatives in environmental management, CSR, and sustainability communications. In 2020, she moved to Australia to pursue doctoral research at Monash University and earned her PhD in Social Sciences in 2023, focusing on the relationship between corporate purpose and sustainability. She joined Danone Japan in 2024 and is responsible for public affairs and sustainability. She also serves as a part-time lecturer in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) at the Institute of Regional Development, Hosei University.
橋爪 麻紀子 氏（日本総研創発戦略センター シニアマネジャー）
「JRIとB Corp Movementの関わりについて（仮）」
Short bio:
上智大学卒、英国マンチェスター大学大学院 開発政策マネジメント研究院にて修士課程修了（MSc ICT for Development）。 株式会社NTTデータ、独立行政法人国際協力機構 南アジア部勤務を経て、2012年4月に株式会社日本総合研究所に入社し、現在に至る。 企業・事業のESG評価を実施する傍ら、ビジネスを通じた社会的インパクト創出に関する調査研究、コンサルティング、人材育成に従事。
Graduated from Sophia University and the University of Manchester, Makiko Hashizume began her career at NTT DATA and later at the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA). She joined the Japan Research Institute, Limited (JRI) in 2012, where she continues to work today. Drawing on expertise and experience in ESG evaluation, she engages in research, consulting, and capacity building related to CSV and impact investing. Since 2023, she has been involved in supporting the B Corp movement within her team, and JRI has been an official partner of B Market Builder Japan since 2024.
